Ineligible Risks

  1. No prior experience in the trade/class being insured
  2. Fire, water, or mold damage restoration or remediation work
  3. Asbestos or lead abatement work
  4. New residential tract housework that is involved in more than 25 units per project
  5. WRAP, OCIP, or project-specific policies

  2. Artisans with 15 or fewer employees
  3. Our most successful niche is the GC who subs out the majority of the work, including paper contractors
  4. New ventures, new construction and remodelers are all eligible
  5. New construction eligible- both for GCs and Artisans

  1. Blanket Coverages Available: CG 2010, CG2028, CG 2037, CG 2039, Waiver of Subrogation PNC Wording, and Per Project Aggregate $5M Limit
  2. Roofing Operations Minimum Premium: $10,000 and can consider risks with incidental Hot Tar/Torch with Proper Certification
  3. Specific AI endorsements upon approval

Ineligible Risks

  1. Projects involving the naming of a large tract developer or General Contractor for projects involved in the new development of more than 25 condominiums, townhomes, or single-family dwelling units in a single development as an additional insured
  2. Project Wrap-up, Owner-Controlled, or Project Specific Policy's
  3. Any external work on structures greater than 60 feet
  4. Artisan contractors subcontracting more than 50% of operations
